The market in Maschwitz is a beautiful little morning or afternoon get away location. The architecture is new buildings in a old fashioned style using old wood and antique fixtures. We arrived late in the morning before the restaurants opened. Since it was a Sunday, not many of the shops were open either. Before noon it was quite empty and perfect for photos. When the restaurants opened, the people began to arrive and all our perfect photo spots of the morning were suddenly occupied by the market clientele. Even with many people, it was still a peaceful place to be.
